why do this ride
Some say, it is the mother of all passes in South Africa. Some say, it can even snow in October. Some say 4WD’s vanish for no apparent reason. All we know is: it’s called the Sani Pass. A 20 k long gravel road (and sometimes not even gravel) that takes you from 1544m to 2876 m and from KwaZulu to Lesotho (bring your passport). Exquisite African scenery all the way to the Drakensberg. But most importantly there’s a pub at the top!
